This message archive is being made available by the Calvary Apostolic Church with the hope that we will reach the whole world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
In order to be used by God, you have to get self out of the way. You must allow God’s power to take over. The situations we go through are not unto death, but unto victory through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. When you speak the name of “Jesus” everything around must change. Keep praying, keep believing, and watch the miraculous unfold before your eyes. Today is the day for salvation, today is the day for deliverance. Today is the day for healing. Today is the day for restoration. Today and always there will be power in the name of Jesus.
Are you a minister? Do you think you must have a degree in ministry from an accredited college to become a minister? If someone asks, “Are you a minister?” You don’t have to think about it or stumble over your words before giving an answer. You can simply smile and say, yes I am. Definition of a minister: A person whose job involves leading church service, providing spiritual or religious guidance to other people, or to give aid or service. Pastors are not the only ones who are to be involved in ministry. (Romans 12: 3-18 & Ephesians 4: 1-16)
June 21, 2015Father's Day | Pastor Jimmy Stark | Sunday Morning
Listen as Pastor Jimmy Stark ministers to the Calvary family. We are indescribable and irreplaceable to the Lord. Just as your fleshly father is concerned about you, your heavenly father is as much concerned as well. There are memories with our parents, friends, and family that no one can take away from you; like the day you gave your life to the Lord, was baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ, and filled with the Holy Ghost. No one could ever take the memory away of where you where, who you were with, and who shared the joy with you when you received the Holy Ghost. The love, the care, the hope, the dreams, the vision, the ministry that Jesus put inside of all of us is simply indescribable and irreplaceable.
We are the body of Jesus Christ. There are many members in the body, functioning in different offices, while being unified in harmony. If there are issues among the brothers and sisters, we will not have unity, but we will have chaos and confusion. God is not the author of confusion (1 Corinthians 14:33). The power of unity holds tight and has a bond that can not be broken, loosed, ripped, or torn. Don’t allow fractures or cracks come in between the body of Christ. Seal them with love and forgiveness. Humble yourself in the sight of the Lord. If you need to apologize for a wrongdoing, don’t wait, do it today.
Awake out of your sleep, the enemy is lurking, you must be on your sprituial guard and be prepared to fight, rebuke and cast him out in the name of Jesus. Dont go through the motions, but sincerely be prepared to take action by prayer without ceasing. If you will pray through the Holy Ghost with power and authority the enemy will be confused on why, with all the trouble you have been going through, you are praying and praising God continuously no matter what. Let the enemy know, you wont be sleeping, but praying in the morning, throughout the day and the evening by faith in victory.
When the spirit of God moves, you will feel it and a change will take place, making a differance in your life. The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it comeht, and whither it goeth; so is every one that is born of the Spirit. John 3:8
